The recent closure of school has meant we may be required to post correspondence out (including school reports) about your child. We are therefore bringing forward the data and permissions check to ensure we have all the correct contact details.
School reports are ready to be sent, and we have passed these on via a child in school wherever possible, but will be posting the remainder out once we have verified addresses. This is particularly important for children with parents who live at separate addresses.
You will be sent a text with a link to the form to complete electronically. Please could you complete this for each child you have at school by Friday, 3rd July.
Information being collected:
- Child’s name and address
- Details of adults with LEGAL PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Emergency Contacts (additional to adults named in the above)
- Child’s medical information
- Child’s dietary needs
- Free School Meals status
