Following our letter this morning, we have received an incredible amount of information and supporting evidence, and thank those who have taken the time to send this to us.
Please accept our apologies, but we have another online form that we require ALL keyworker children households to complete who wish to access school keyworker provision from Tuesday 23rd February (after half term). This is so we can consistently apply and streamline the information we hold for GDPR purposes. As the number of requests for places grow week on week, we need to fairly assess priority order for the occasions when a class may be oversubscribed (more than 15 children on any one day). We would like to stress that priority order will ONLY apply on those days when we cannot accommodate all the keyworker place requests per class.

If you wish to access school provision after half term, the only exception to completing this form is if you have been informed by us that your child is classified as a Vulnerable Child and therefore takes priority.
In the case of dual household families, please complete the form for each household. We regret that we cannot provide provision for children on the days when they are staying with a non-keyworker parent.
We thank you for only using school provision when absolutely necessary to cover times when you are working and cannot arrange alternative childcare. We sincerely hope that we have good news soon about schools being re-opened fully.
