Important: Changes to Choosing from School Dinner Menu

Dear Parents,

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE – School Dinner Choices

As you will be aware, we have been completing school dinner choices on a weekly basis online and have found that this initially worked quite well.

Unfortunately, week on week we are finding that fewer parents are completing the form in time, and this is causing huge issues in terms of inputting the choices, time spent chasing up choices, ordering in the correct amount of food (there are global delivery issues at the moment which is impacting supply) and increased wastage.

As a solution to this, we are therefore going to trial completing dinner choices upfront for the full half term. You will be sent a link shortly for the Google form which includes the full 7 weeks menu 1st Nov – 20th Dec and ask that you complete this by THURSDAY 21 OCTOBER for the following half term. A copy will be automatically emailed to you, but if you wish us to print a copy out of your choices please contact the school office.

Please be reassured that even though you are making choices for the half term in advance, should for whatever reason your child not attend school and take a school dinner, you will not be charged on that day.
