Here are some recent photos from our Yoga Bugs & Mindfulness Club. We are so happy the children enjoy them and they are always so well attended!
The club follows the YogaBugs course which has been designed to help children deal with their emotions by teaching yoga through stories and themes. The sessions enable children to learn ways to release their day-to-day anxieties and give coping strategies for dealing with stress and other worries.
There is no need to book a place on the club, children can turn up when they would like to take part. It runs on a Tuesday morning from 8:15am for KS1 and Reception children, and on a Wednesday morning from 8:15am for KS2.
