Dear Parents,
I hope your Class 5 child is really excited for the residential which is quickly approaching!
Here’s the rundown of the timetable, a few rules and bits of information that you may find useful to keep to hand.
TIMETABLE
Day 1 (Monday 3rd July):-
Children should arrive at school by 9am and make their way to the school hall with their bags. You are welcome to wait in the school hall with your child.
The coach will leave Hook at 9:45am, collecting children from Airmyn on the way. You’ll receive a message from us to let you know we’ve arrived.
Children will need a packed lunch on their first day to eat on arrival at the centre.
After lunch, the children will have a tour of the grounds and will complete two afternoon activities.
Day 3 (Wednesday 5th July):-
We will leave the centre at 2pm and you’ll receive a message to let you know we’ve set off.
We will arrive back at Airmyn school at 3:30pm, and Hook at 3:45pm.
Rules & Extra Information
On Friday 30th June, children will find out about the sleeping arrangements and groupings for activities.
A packed lunch is needed for the first day
No sweets/chocolate to be brought from home
No mobile phones/electronic devices
A maximum of £10 spending money can be brought in a named wallet or purse for souvenirs
On Thursday 6th July, as children will probably be very tired, they can arrive at school slightly later. Please can all children be in for 11am.If you have any questions about any of the above, please let us know and we’ll do our best to answer.
