Dear Parents,

 

Class 4 Visit – Science Museum, Bradford

Thursday 4th May 2023

 

We are really excited to inform you Class 4 will be visiting the Science & Media Museum in Bradford for a fun-filled and packed educational experience at one of the best venues in the North! The visit will extend what we have been learning in science about sound.

 

The children will get to experience IMAX 3D of Antarctica, spend time in the exciting Games Lounge, Wonderlab and Bring the Thunder Show.

 

Timetable

Please could all children be in class for registration at 8:20am for departure from school no later than 8:35am for arrival at Bradford for 10am.

 

We will then finish at the museum for 2pm, and will be returning to school in time for normal collection at 3:15pm (traffic permitting).

 

Lunch

For the purpose of the visit the children will need to bring a packed lunch with them. No glass bottles, please.

 

Uniform

Please could all children wear their usual uniform and sensible shoes.

 

Payment & Consent

No child will be excluded from the visit on the basis on non-payment, but a voluntary contribution of £22 per child is needed for the visit to take place. Payment and consent should be made online through ParentPay www.parentpay.com before the day of the visit. Consent is essential to your child being able to attend this visit.

 

 

If you have not yet activated your ParentPay account and would like help doing so, please ask our Admin team in the school office.

 

We appreciate that there is a short amount of time between this letter and the date of the visit. If you are unable to make payment before the visit, please speak to Mrs Dennison as soon as possible.
